This map is a visual representation of the Index Xylariorum 4.2 released by IAWA Secretariat in February 2025. The previous version was the Index Xylariorum 4.1 compiled by Anna H. Lynch and Peter E. Gasson (version March 2010). The development of the map was contributed by GTTN (https://globaltimbertrackingnetwork.org/products/iawa-index-xylariorum/) with help from Jo Van Brusselen.

The IAWA plans to update the directory annually and warmly invites all colleagues to participate in this collaborative endeavor.
