14th Joint Seminar of China-Japan-Korea on Wood Quality and Utilization of Domestic Species
On December 4-7, 2019, the Fourteenth Joint Seminar of China-Japan-Korea on Wood Quality and Utilization of Domestic Species (14th CKJ Seminar) was held at Seoul, organized by the National Insti- tute of Forest Science (NIFoS), Republic of Korea. More than 80 scholars from totally 16 universities and research institutions gathered to discuss the frontier questions of wood quality and utilization. During the joint seminar, 3 keynote lectures and 19 oral presentations with 26 posters were presented. The Joint Seminar of China-Japan-Korea on Wood Quality and Utilization of Domestic Species was launched by wood science and technology experts from China, Japan and Korea since 2006. The aim of this joint seminar is to promote international experts and scholars to exchange the latest research results, advanced technology and experience in wood science fields, and discuss the opportunities and challenges of wood properties, wood products and utilization in China, Japan and Korea.
